SOLD -- MS Brava, 1995 Dark Black Hanoverian Mare, $16,000

'95 17.1hh dark/black bay Hanoverian mare. Approved Main Mare book AHS. Sire is the imported Bolero son "BATIDO", winner of a Silver Medal at the '95 Pan American Games under Guenter Seidel & Gold Medal at the '95 Can Am Challenge. BATIDO was also '95 USDF Hanoverian Horse of the Year at PSG/I-1. He competed successfully up to Grand Prix and won the Bronze Medal for Nicole Perry in the Young Rider's Championships. Brava's dam is by the imported Hanoverian stallion ELEKTRON, who won his stallion licensing over 108 competitors. Other well regarded, classic horses in Brava's pedigree include: EINBLICK, WODKA, WOLFSBURG, LUGANO II, DER LOWE, FLORENTINER II, DIRK, DUFT II & DUELLANT. With the exception of Bolero, Brava has no TB up close. As a 3 yr.old she had 60 days professional training u/s but has not been ridden since. The trainer said she loved to work. She does have an old injury which might prevent intense competition, although she has always been sound for me. Brava is a wonderful broodmare and very fertile. Last year she conceived triplets from one dose of frozen semen. Her first foal was by Violet's gorgeous stallion RUBINO BELLISAMO. This little filly was only 16 days old at the inspection, but the German panel still had wonderful things to say about her quality. Brava is currently open. Violet Jen is offering a return breeding discount to RUBINO for Brava and her new owner! Great deal!!! Priced to sell at $16,000 Mare and foal together, or $8,000 for Brava, and $8,000 for foal separately.
